Same-Day Transactions
These are foreign exchange deals that are settled on the same day as they are booked. In order to achieve this, the necessary funds must be available in your VFX account.
Sterling (GBP) Settlement Options
- CHAPS payment only
- Funds need to credit your VFX account by 2:00pm
TIP: For your first transaction it is always sensible to send the payment from your bank first thing in the morning so that you can calculate the transfer time taken to credit your VFX account.
Foreign Currency Settlement Options
- TT (telegraphic transfer) Only
- Funds need to credit your VFX account by 2:00pm
TIP: You will need to check with the paying bank or payer on how long payment will take to reach your VFX currency account. If this cannot be established it is recommended you wait for fund clearance before completing a transaction.
